Hunger pangs are what prevents many people from achieving their weight loss dreams.These are well know to interrupt even the best laid weight loss diet plan. So, here are your guidelines to kcick start things:
Don't forget, water is king. \you should be drinking lots of water from the very start of a new diet. Each and every day you ought to be consuming half your body weight in ounces of water each day. So, for example, if you weigh 160 pounds, you should drink 80 ounces at a minimum per day.

Of course stay active. Whilst exercise is not about what you eat it will effect how much you want to eat. I'm not a fan of long hours on the treadmill, as you probably know. In fact, I prefer shorter workouts with more interval training and strength training thrown in because I feel it gives you more bang for your buck.
But no matter how you choose to get and stay active, you should know that it will make your metabolism more efficient, allowing you to continue burning calories several hours after your workout has ended. Therefore diet and exercise should go hand in hand for weight loss.
