Calorie counting is a senseless waste of time for everyone. It takes nigh on forever and can onvlove having to make a bunch os awkward calculations and after all of that what do you do when you finally work out how many calories you have eaten or are about to consume? Well, pretty much nothing. Knowing these numbers does not help in the slightest and just adds to the pain of dieting which is such a tedious process already.
On the positive side, there is a new way to lose weight without calorie counting. You see there are a couple of main ways to burn belly fat and they both require you to create a calorie deficit. A calorie deficit is when you use up more energy in a day than you eat.The two most usual ways this can be done are:
1) Eat less. This is the most usual approach simply reducing the amount of calories you eat in your daily meals.
2) Train more and consume less. This is just as it sounds doing more exercise but eating less food.
These are probably very similar to approaches you have read about before. However these are inreality very poorp ways to try to lose weight. They can easily do you more damage than benefit.
1) This method is next to useless because after the first week or two the body will adapt to the lower amount of food and will slow it metabolism down thus making further weight loss virtually impossible.
2) Exercising more is good but as you are eating less, gradually over a period of time you will start to get tired. You will gradually burn yourself out and be unable to continue with this approach.
Eating more and training more is the real answer to weight loss. Eating more is great because it gives you the energy to exercise and if you do so in small meals throughout the day it will speed up your metabolic rate. this means a calorie deficit will ensue. You will have the energy to train more and will be happy to train more. This will mean you will not become weary and faint, your metabolism will be sky high and you will still be able to create a calorie deficit because of this combination of factors.
If you stop to think about it you will realise it is correct. This is precisely why athletes can eat tons of food and not get fat. Now you now the secret go and get slim!
